Memento Mori

We are all going to die. That is the reality of the world. Yet, we choose to avoid that reality. It could never be me.

Remembering that I’ll be dead soon is the most important tool I’ve ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. I thought living each day as if it’s your last was akin to nihilism. However, it really means to avoid doing things that don’t matter.
